S4M is a compact team of five that makes founders and brands impossible to ignore, with real people, real stories and hand-edited hooks instead of generic AI content. Our four-step system (Strategy, Shoot, System, Scale) turns a single shoot into 30 days of native content across all major social platforms, including posting, engagement and optimization. We also build brand identities, fast websites, event coverage, AI avatars and paid social campaigns. Since 2025 we've helped 120+ founders own attention in their niche.

The role: Swiss Cold Caller (Swiss German)

Remote, based in Switzerland or Greece. Commission-based.

You call Swiss SMEs and founders, introduce S4M, qualify leads and book meetings with decision-makers. You manage your own call lists, log every conversation in our CRM, follow up on inbound inquiries and share feedback on which messaging works. You work closely with our strategy and production team.

Earnings

You earn 50% of every deal you close. Realistic earnings are around CHF 2,000–8,000 per month, depending on your results.

What you bring

• Fluent Swiss German

• Experience in cold calling, telesales or outbound B2B sales

• A confident, clear and human phone presence, and resilience with rejection

• A structured calling routine and experience with a CRM

• Interest in social media, content and marketing

• Self-motivation and reliability when working remotely

• Experience with founders or small businesses is a plus; no degree required
