Syntropy Sculptor The Role Kalungi is looking for a Syntropy Sculptor to transform strategy into visual clarity. This role goes beyond logos—designing across web, product, video, and campaigns to create instant recognition and coherence. The Sculptor’s craft is about subtraction, shaping brands that feel 10x bigger and sharper. Responsibilities Translate positioning into a unified design language across all touchpoints. Craft memorable visual experiences using tension, rhythm, and clarity. Build and maintain adaptable design systems. Partner with Scribes to align narrative and visual expression. Use AI tools for breadth, curating only the best results. Elevate brand perception with cohesive, recognizable design. What We’re Looking For 5+ years in brand design, visual identity, or creative direction. Mastery of visual design principles (color, typography, rhythm, balance). Strong creative judgment—knows when to subtract for clarity. Experience designing across formats (web, video, motion, audio, print). Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with AI design tools. Collaborative mindset with writers, marketers, and engineers. Curious, detail-oriented, and driven to create coherence.
