The Role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, security and reliability of our systems while supporting internal users and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technology initiatives. Main Responsibilities: · Administer and support cloud- based systems including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune · Maintain endpoint management platforms for device compliance ad software performance. · Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability. · Implement and maintain security protocols, antivirus and patch management. · Ensure systems comply with internal policies/procedures and external regulations (e.g. ISO270001, GDPR). · Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies via IAM tools. · Provide technical support and training to end users. · Automate routine tasks using PowerShell. · Maintain detailed documentation of systems configurations, changes and procedures. · Assist in planning and delivering IT projects such as migrations, infrastructure upgrades or automation initiatives. · Collaborate with 3rd Party vendors to resolve escalated incidents. · Guide and mentor junior members of the team. · What we are looking for in a candidate: · 3+ years of experience in System Administration role, preferably cloud-first environment.  Experience with Microsoft 365/Azure AD/Intune Administration · Proficiency with cloud platforms · Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation · Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills Desirable · ITIL foundation certification or similar IT service Management experience · Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, CompTIA) are a plus.
