System Administrator

The Role

• Manage and maintain the stability and security of online services within a large-scale digital health environment.

• Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to coordinate system components and infrastructure performance.

• Ensure adherence to defined service level agreements (SLAs) by monitoring system landscapes and proactively identifying operational risks.

• Drive process optimization by identifying automation opportunities and developing sustainable solutions for system operations.

• Provide expert 3rd-level support to internal and external stakeholders while contributing to continuous service improvement.

What You'll Need

• A completed IT-focused vocational qualification (e.g., system integration or administration) or equivalent professional experience.

• Several years of experience in system administration, with proficiency in Linux and Windows Server environments.

• A systematic, reliable, and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.

• Professional proficiency in both German and English.
