Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company

• Participate in service operations, continual service improvement initiatives, and cloud, infrastructure, application, and technology modernization projects.
• Contribute to operational standardization, automation, service reliability, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Manage Information Services tickets and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated hardware, software, infrastructure, and application issues while ensuring compliance with ITSM processes and SLA targets.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to support new and enhanced services.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support standards.
• Deploy, administer, and support SaaS, cloud-based, and on-premises applications and services.
• Ensure the availability, performance, security, and operational continuity of physical, virtual, hybrid, and cloud-hosted environments.
• Develop and evaluate proofs of concept (PoCs) and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to drive operational improvements and preventive actions.
• Administer and optimize monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability platforms.
• Monitor and optimize the utilization, licensing, and consumption of enterprise applications, platforms, and Azure services to support governance, FinOps practices, operational efficiency, and technology value realization.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions, leveraging AI and AIOps capabilities to enhance monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and user experience.
• Participate in patch management, system upgrades, configuration management, and technology lifecycle activities while applying security, compliance, governance, and change management standards.
• Carry out all other related duties and responsibilities in accordance with the evolution of the role and departmental needs.

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job

• College degree in computer science, IT or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft systems administration, IT Operations, or infrastructure support environments.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ1-40), RedHat, CompTIA or equivalent certifications.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential; fluency in French is an important asset.
• Adaptable, flexible, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, motivated, and accountable, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Experience in one or several of the following areas will be considered an asset:

• • Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and cloud governance.
  • Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Certificate Services, and hybrid identity integration with Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, NinjaOne, N-able, and Absolute.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations (F&O).
  • PowerShell scripting, automation, AI, and AIOps capabilities.
  • Database administration, including Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Database.
  • Azure FinOps, cloud cost optimization, licensing management, and governance practices.
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes.
  • Identity and access management technologies, including MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, Certificate-Based Authentication, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
  • Monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability platforms such as Datadog, PRTG, Azure Monitor, and Azure Log Analytics.
  • Backup, recovery, and high-availability solutions, including Azure Backup, Veeam, clustering, and disaster recovery technologies.
  • Linux administration (RHEL, Ubuntu, and CentOS).
  • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and log management solutions.
