System Analyst

Job Description We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to join a dynamic project focused on analysing business and system processes, gathering requirements, and supporting system enhancements. The role involves designing and documenting integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), collaborating with development teams, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives. Experience in payment systems is a plus but not required. Responsibilities: Analyse business and system processes, identifying areas for improvement Gather and document business and technical requirements for system changes Collaborate with development teams to define system functionalities and integrations Design and document system interactions, including REST and SOAP API specifications Support testing and validation of system modifications Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals Monitor and assist in improving system performance and security Requirements 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and system documentation tools Experience with API integration (REST/SOAP) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence) SQL knowledge for data analysis and reporting English fluency (B2 or higher) Experience in financial or payment systems is a plus Benefits Solid, competitive salary Work in multilingual, multinational and multicultural environment on international projects Comprehensive healthcare Long-term B2B contract with stable project pipeline Flexible hybrid model (1 day/week on-site in Warsaw)
