System Analyst

Looking for a System Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to support the business operations and decision-making processes. Systems Analysts are working in tandem with Data Architects and Systems Architects. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of IT systems, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Requirements: At least 4 years of proven experience as Systems Analyst or related role Strong expertise in documentation practices and tools Experience in UML Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with REST, Message Brokers, and Analytics Systems (DWH, BI) Basic understanding of Python Basic SQL knowledge Will be a plus: Experience in the Healthcare business domain Good understanding of HIPAA Compliance Experience with GCP Responsibilities: Design comprehensive and clear documentation for system requirements, design specifications, process flows Maintain and update documentation as systems and processes evolve Ensure the documentation is aligned with industry standards and best practices Analyze integration requirements and document relevant integrations Collaborate with various development streams Experience collaborating effectively across organizational boundaries, building relationships, and importing and exporting ideas to achieve broad organizational goals.
