Are you an experienced Analyst who enjoys translating complex business needs into practical technology solutions?

We are looking for a Specialist Analyst (6-month fixed term contract) to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery. You’ll work closely with customers, Software Development, Quality Assurance and Support teams to define requirements, design enhancements and help ensure solutions meet both business and technical expectations.

What you will be doing:

• Analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements
• Develop process flows, data mappings, integration mappings and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with Development and QA throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
• Analyse escalated system defects and support resolution planning
• Contribute to solution design, testing and quality verification
• Present proposed solutions to customers
• Support software release handovers and knowledge sharing across teams

What the ideal candidate will have:

• Matric; relevant IT qualification advantageous
• 5+ years’ analysis experience
• SQL and database knowledge, including SQL and NoSQL technologies
• Good understanding of web technologies and the SDLC
• Understanding of cloud technologies, information security and governance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Healthcare/medical industry IT experience is advantageous
• Agile BA, Azure, SQL/BI, ITIL or related certifications are advantageous
