Position Overview
Benefits Command, LLC is seeking a full-time System Analyst to provide technology and systems support services for its client, VA Claims Insider, LLC (VACI).
The System Analyst will help manage, secure, and maintain VACI's core business systems and technology platforms. The role will focus primarily on Google Workspace, GoHighLevel (GHL), and related business tools, ensuring user access, storage, licensing, security, and system configurations are properly
maintained.
This position will also provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot system and automation issues, and assist with basic workflows and automations used by internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace, including users, groups, organizational units, licensing, permissions, and shared drives.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding across designated platforms, including account provisioning, access removal, and data and file ownership transfers.
• Monitor and manage storage usage across Google Drive and shared drives and support appropriate data retention and cleanup practices.
• Track software subscriptions, licensing, and usage across Google and other SaaS platforms and identify unused or redundant subscriptions.
• Support platform security practices, including two-step verification, access reviews, sharing policies, and audit log monitoring.
• Manage and configure GoHighLevel (GHL) sub-accounts, snapshots, custom fields, pipelines, and related system settings.
• Build and maintain basic automations and workflows within GHL, Google Workspace, and other designated platforms.
• Provide general technical support for Google Business Profile, Cloudflare, web hosting, and other business technology platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by internal teams and identify and resolve broken workflows or automations.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, procedures, and access protocols.
• Provide guidance and training to users regarding company systems, tools, security practices, and established procedures.
• Coordinate with designated VACI contacts regarding priorities, system requirements, technical issues, and service needs.
• Perform other technology and systems-related services within the scope of the engagement as reasonably requested by Benefits Command.

Contractor Requirements
The successful contractor should have experience administering Google Workspace and supporting cloud-based business systems. Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), SaaS administration, workflow automation, user-access management, and troubleshooting is strongly preferred.
The contractor must:

• Be located in the Philippines and able to provide services remotely.
• Provide their own computer and other equipment necessary to perform the services.
• Maintain reliable, secure internet access and an appropriate remote working environment.
• Be able to work effectively with U.S.-based teams and coordinate availability as required by the services being provided.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all Benefits Command, VACI, customer, employee, and proprietary information accessed through the engagement.
• Follow applicable information-security, system-access, and confidentiality requirements.
  
  Engagement
  This is an independent contractor engagement with Benefits Command, LLC. The contractor will provide services supporting Benefits Command's client, VA Claims Insider, LLC (VACI).
  The contractor will coordinate with Benefits Command regarding the contractual engagement and with designated VACI personnel regarding the operational and technical services being provided. Nothing in this posting is intended to create an employment relationship between the contractor and VACI.
