### Role Overview

Axians Somnitec in Switzerland is seeking an experienced Customer IT Support Specialist / System Engineer to provide **1st–3rd level IT support** and resolve complex technical challenges directly with customers.

The role involves supporting IT systems, hardware, networks, printers, and Windows, macOS, and Linux environments while maintaining clear and professional communication with users.

### Responsibilities

* Provide **1st, 2nd, and 3rd level IT support** to customers.

* Diagnose and resolve complex IT and system-related issues.

* Support and maintain customer IT systems and hardware.

* Troubleshoot network and printer-related problems.

* Support **Windows, macOS, and Linux** environments.

* Communicate clearly and professionally with end users.

* Handle customer issues directly and provide effective technical solutions.

### Required Qualifications

* Professional experience in **Customer IT Support / System Engineering**.

* Experience providing **1st–3rd level IT support**.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and networks.

* Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

* Experience supporting printers and related IT infrastructure.

* Strong customer service and communication skills.
