System Engineer for a RAN Automation Platform 📡

Do you understand radio access networks and enjoy working with Kubernetes? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Our client, a major European telecom operator, is looking for a System Engineer to support the development and stable operation of a RAN automation and control platform. You’ll join an international team working on projects with colleagues from Germany, Poland, Greece and other countries.

What you’ll do:

🔹 Operate and further develop the platform, including integration of new customer environments

🔹 Test and accept new features and releases

🔹 Manage requirements, prepare rollouts and troubleshoot

🔹 Coordinate with engineering teams and external partners

What we’re looking for:

✅ Experience with RAN (O-RAN / SMO is a big plus)

✅ Hands-on Kubernetes experience

✅ Ideally a background at a telecom operator or vendor (Nokia, Ericsson, Samsung, Mavenir…)

✅ Fluent English, Czech is not required

✅ Right to work in the EU (no visa sponsorship) and willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic
