Be responsible for a business-critical system—and help shape its next chapter.
IFS supports important Finance and Supply Chain processes. As System Owner ERP, you’ll take end-to-end responsibility for the solution: its direction, governance and continued development. You’ll own the system GlobalConnect’s business units rely on, through change and beyond.
GlobalConnect is moving to IFS Cloud, with an external partner supporting the implementation. You’ll join while the new solution is being built, with the opportunity to help shape how it is configured and make your mark from day one. The Cloud implementation is an important part of our journey; your ongoing responsibility will be to ensure the solution continues to develop and create value for our business.
What We’re Looking For
IFS-related work makes up approximately 85% of the role, alongside responsibility for some other systems. You’ll join a team of around eight people working across Sweden and Denmark, and report to the Director, ERP & HR Solutions. The role can be based in Stockholm or Uppsala.
You’ll bring the system-owner perspective to the IFS Cloud project, helping ensure the solution is set up well for the business now and in the future. Your role will not be to manage the project, but to concentrate on the solution itself and the long-term ownership it requires.
Your Responsibilities
Deep familiarity with IFS, along with direct technical experience, is particularly important. You can bridge technical teams and the business, build trust with experienced users and managers, and facilitate change by helping people understand decisions and adopt new ways of working. Experience taking a system through a move to the cloud is a plus, not a requirement.

Our recruitment process
The role can be based in Stockholm or Uppsala, with at least three days per week in the office. English is sufficient; Swedish is not required. GlobalConnect does not offer relocation packages or work visa sponsorship.
