仕事概要

当社では、電力取引・需給管理を中心とする事業拡大とシステム開発の高度化に伴い、自動取引を支えるシステムのリスク管理を強化しています。取引判断、入札・発注、約定情報の反映、需給管理等の自動化においては、ロジックの不具合、データや設定の誤り、外部連携の異常が、意図しない取引や損失、業務停止につながる可能性があります。
本ポジションは、自動取引に伴うシステム起因・業務プロセス起因のリスクを特定・評価し、その予防・検知・影響抑制の仕組みを設計・検証する役割です。その中核となる手段として、既存システムのテストの棚卸し・整備・自動化、新規開発・変更時の品質レビュー、エンジニアやAIが作成したコード・テスト結果の評価等を通じて、品質管理を徹底していただきます。
単なるQA担当やテスト実行担当ではありません。「どのような誤りが取引や損失につながるか」「そのリスクをテストや統制で十分に抑えられるか」「異常時に検知し、安全に停止・復旧できるか」という観点から、開発成果物や運用プロセスを批判的・客観的に評価し、必要な改善を設計・実行する役割です。品質管理そのものを目的とせず、事業上のリスク低減につながる品質管理を重視します。
また、自動取引の設定・上限値、システム変更、重要マスタ、権限管理、承認フロー等について、内部統制の観点から適切なコントロールを設計・評価します。対象は自動取引を支えるシステムを中心に、関連するデータ・業務プロセスおよび全社共通の品質・統制基盤に及びます。
本番アプリケーションの開発・運用は主としてエンジニアリングチームおよび運用チームが担当します。本ポジションにも、コード・データ・システムを自ら確認し、必要なテストや検証ロジックを実装できるHands-onな技術力を期待します。取引方針や市場リスク許容度の決定そのものではなく、事業部門等が定めた方針・制約がシステムと業務プロセスに正しく反映され、有効に機能することの評価・検証を担います。

As our business expands, particularly in electricity trading and supply-demand management, and our system development becomes more sophisticated, we are strengthening risk management for the systems that support automated trading. As trading decisions, bidding and order placement, trade execution data updates, and supply-demand management become automated, defects in logic, errors in data or configuration, and failures in external interfaces can lead to unintended trades, financial losses, or operational disruption.
In this role, you will identify and assess system- and business-process-related risks associated with automated trading, and design and validate mechanisms to prevent and detect incidents and limit their impact. Rigorous quality management is central to this work: you will assess, improve, and automate tests for existing systems; conduct quality reviews for new development and changes; and evaluate code and test results produced by engineers and AI.
This is not simply a QA or test execution role. You will critically and objectively assess development outputs and operational processes, then design and implement improvements by asking: What errors could lead to unintended trades or losses? Do our tests and controls adequately mitigate those risks? Can we detect abnormal conditions and safely stop and recover? We view quality management as a means of reducing business risk, not an end in itself.
You will also design and assess appropriate internal controls for automated trading settings and limits, system changes, critical master data, access management, and approval workflows. The scope centers on systems supporting automated trading and extends to related data and business processes, as well as company-wide quality and control frameworks.
Production application development and operations are primarily handled by the Engineering and Operations teams. This role also requires hands-on technical capabilities: you should be able to inspect code, data, and systems directly and implement tests or validation logic as needed. Rather than determining trading policies or market risk tolerance, you will assess and verify that policies and constraints established by the business and other relevant teams are correctly reflected in systems and business processes and operate effectively.

・Python等のコード読解とSQLによるデータ検証ができ、RDB・データ構造を理解していること
・仕様・コード・ログ・テスト結果を自ら調査し、エンジニアと技術的に議論しながら検証・改善を進められること
・ネイティブレベルまたは同等の日本語力を有し、業務ヒアリング・部門間調整・契約や規程の読解・テストや統制文書の作成を自立して行えること
・英語の技術文書を読み、英語を主な業務言語とするエンジニアと協働できること

Ability to understand the business impact of system and data defects and design and assess risk-based tests and controls.
Understanding of development and testing approaches (including unit, integration, and E2E testing) and development workflows using tools such as Git, with experience designing or implementing automated tests.
Ability to read code in languages such as Python and validate data using SQL, with an understanding of relational databases and data structures.
Ability to investigate specifications, code, logs, and test results directly, and drive validation and improvements through technical discussions with engineers.
Native or equivalent Japanese proficiency, with the ability to independently conduct business interviews, coordinate across departments, read contracts and policies, and prepare test and control documentation.
Ability to read English technical documentation and collaborate with engineers who primarily work in English.

Experience in development, quality assurance, or risk management for automated trading, bidding, or order placement systems in electricity, finance, or related fields.
Experience designing and validating controls for erroneous-order prevention, trading limits, anomaly detection, and emergency shutdown and recovery.
Knowledge of and practical experience with retries and idempotency in APIs and asynchronous processing, as well as data consistency and freshness.
Practical experience developing and implementing risk-based test strategies, including regression, API, property-based, contract, and failure/recovery testing, and CI/CD integration.
Experience with AI-assisted development and reviewing or improving AI-generated code and tests, using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
Experience in IT controls or systems audit; change, access, master-data, or incident management; and the design and operation of risk assessments, RCMs, and risk indicators.
Knowledge of or experience in electricity trading, supply-demand management, imbalance settlement frameworks, JEPX/OCCTO, power retail, generation, aggregation, VPPA/PPPA, or related areas.
Power-industry or trading experience is not required. We value practical experience implementing and improving quality management and controls in line with business risks, rather than theory alone.

年収 800万円 〜 1,500万円 ※経験・スキル・成果に応じて決定
・給与形態：年俸制（16分割）
・賞与：年2回（年俸16分割のうち2/16を原則6月・12月に支給。会社・個人の成果に応じ最大50%増の可能性あり）
