System Test Analyst

Role: Systems/Test Analyst

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 6months+

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Work Hours: EST

Location: 100% Remote

We are seeking a mid-level Test Analyst to support UAT, system testing, and integration testing for enterprise and payment-processing applications. The ideal candidate will have experience testing ACH, payment gateways such as WorldPay, Apple Pay, and mainframe applications, along with strong defect management and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute UAT, system, and integration testing.
• Develop test cases, test scripts, test plans, and testing documentation.
• Test integrations involving ACH, WorldPay, Apple Pay, and other payment systems.
• Perform testing across mainframe and distributed applications.
• Identify, document, track, and coordinate resolution of defects.
• Maintain requirements traceability and testing documentation.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to support successful UAT.
• Communicate testing status, risks, issues, and recommendations.
• Independently learn new applications and troubleshoot system issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software/system testing or a similar QA role.
• Experience with UAT, system testing, and integration testing.
• Experience with defect management and test documentation.
• Experience testing payment-processing systems.
• Knowledge of ACH and payment gateway integrations.
• Experience with mainframe applications and distributed enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and interact with both technical and business teams.
