About The Company And The Role
SVETET is a website studio for business: we create, redesign, and refine sites that bring inquiries. CRM, automation, SEO/ads, and harder IT work sit around that core when they strengthen results — not instead of it.
The team works remotely. We respect the right to work from anywhere; timezone overlap is agreed with the lead, not a fake corporate 9-to-6.
We are looking for people who share a simple bar: ship real commercial work, speak plainly, and care about the lead path — not slide decks.
We need a systems analyst between the client and engineering: gather requirements, write FSD / tech specs, demo increments, and keep integrations (REST, CRM, messengers) coherent so commercial sites and cabinets do not silently break.
What we expect
1–3 years as a systems / business analyst on IT products or agency delivery.
Basic SQL for checking data and joining statuses.
Experience with UML and/or BPMN diagrams.
Comfortable in Word / Confluence / Jira (or equivalents).
Understanding of relational databases and typical client-server patterns.
You know how REST, SOAP, and message queues differ in practice.

What you’ll do
Collect and analyze business requirements from commercial clients.
Agree functional and system specifications with stakeholders and the team.
Demo new functionality to the business customer and capture feedback.
Coordinate project questions across design, frontend, backend, and QA.
Analyze defects in web / mobile client-server flows with clear reproduction steps.
Write detailed FSD / technical assignments when the integration surface is non-trivial.

Interviews, acceptance criteria, prioritized backlogs for storefronts and cabinets.

Specs & diagrams
FSD / TZ, UML / BPMN where they reduce rework — not wallpaper.

Integrations
REST, SOAP, queues, CRM and messenger handoffs documented end to end.

Delivery loop
Demo to the client, triage bugs, keep Confluence/Jira (or our stack) honest.
