Job Description This is a remote position. Location: Remote Engagement Type: Project-based Assignment; B2B Contract (Outside IR35) Duration: 6 months (with auto-renewal) Timezone: CET ± 3 hours Be part of our Global Engineering Network Our client is seeking a Systems & Networks Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure environments across systems, networking, cloud services, and end-user technologies. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of distributed enterprise environments while supporting operational activities, troubleshooting incidents, and assisting with infrastructure projects across cloud, systems, networking, and remote support domains. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in managing remote infrastructure operations within fast-paced, international environments. Key Deliverables • Perform remote systems and network administration activities across enterprise environments • Support and maintain cloud infrastructure services, including virtual machines, backup solutions, storage monitoring, and snapshots • Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments remotely • Manage networking infrastructure, firewall configurations, VPN connectivity, and telephony services • Respond to technical incidents and service requests in line with IT service management best practices • Monitor infrastructure environments remotely and proactively address alerts, outages, and operational risks • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and end-user device issues through remote support tools • Provide remote technical support to users, stakeholders, and customers across multiple regions • Perform backup validation and support disaster recovery activities for infrastructure environments • Assist with preventive maintenance activities across systems, networking, security, and cloud infrastructure • Maintain accurate technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and infrastructure inventories • Participate in remote on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when required • Collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams on operational and project-based initiatives Requirements Ideal Profile University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ of Experience in remote systems administration, infrastructure support, or network operations Experience with: Windows Server administration Linux server environments Cloud infrastructure platforms Networking technologies and firewall management VPN and remote connectivity solutions IT support and troubleshooting processes Understanding of IT service management and ITIL best practices is considered an advantage Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills, with experience supporting remote users and global teams Strong time management and self-organization skills Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and enterprise infrastructure solutions Fluent in English, both written and verbal Why Partner with Us? · Clear scope with no ambiguity over deliverables. · Opportunity for repeat engagements based on performance.
