Job Description This is a remote position. Superlanet is seeking an M365 Engineer to join a large healthcare organization in Florida. This is a Florida-based direct hire, remote opportunity supporting a mission-driven healthcare environment while working from anywhere in the state. Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to support and optimize enterprise collaboration, productivity, and cloud technologies across a complex healthcare environment. This individual will serve as a key technical resource responsible for administration, architecture, security, optimization, and support of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Copilot, OneDrive, Planner, Loop, and related collaboration platforms. Responsibilities Administer, configure, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 applications and services across the enterprise Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online environments including permissions, governance, workflows, and integrations Support Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Planner, Loop, Copilot, and additional M365 collaboration tools Manage tenant-wide configurations including licensing, compliance, security settings, and role-based access Support Entra ID (Azure AD) identity management, authentication, and conditional access policies Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security, governance, retention, and compliance standards Troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 performance, connectivity, and integration issues Support upgrades, patches, migrations, and platform enhancements Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders to deliver scalable collaboration and productivity solutions Develop automation and workflow solutions to improve operational efficiency Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership and consultative guidance Participate in after-hours support, on-call rotation, and emergency/hurricane response activities as needed Required Qualifications 5 years of experience in a relevant technical role Strong experience with: SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams Exchange Online OneDrive Microsoft Copilot Planner and Loop Microsoft 365 Administration Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and identity/access management Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, or workflow automation tools Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance, compliance, and administration best practices Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree Preferred Qualifications Experience within a healthcare or highly regulated environment Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Defender, Intune, or endpoint management technologies Experience integrating Microsoft 365 solutions with BI or enterprise applications Benefits Salary based on experience $105,000 - $120,000 + Superlanet is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.
