Support Bright AV’s team by resolving everyday technology issues, managing business systems and user access, and helping improve workflows through automation and AI
About the role
You’ll be the first point of contact for everyday technology support, helping our team troubleshoot issues while managing the accounts, permissions and applications they depend on.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role within Operations. Alongside day-to-day support, you’ll help improve documentation, support system updates and contribute to workflow automation and AI-related initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Support our team. Troubleshoot software, login and access issues across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox and other business applications. Escalate more complex issues when needed.
• Manage accounts and access. Create, update and deactivate user accounts, support onboarding and offboarding, manage permissions and licenses, and maintain multi-factor authentication and security settings.
• Keep business applications running smoothly. Help configure and administer collaboration, CRM and project management tools, including Pipedrive and PandaDoc. Test features, coordinate vendor support and assist with rollouts.
• Make knowledge easier to find. Maintain internal procedures, troubleshooting guides and system documentation. Create training materials and help employees get comfortable with their tools.
• Support device and asset management. Maintain hardware records, coordinate laptop and mobile device provisioning, assist with mobile device management and help organize replacements or repairs.
• Maintain accurate data. Support system audits, data cleanup and reporting requests. Identify inconsistencies and help keep information accurate across platforms.
• Help improve how we work. Support workflow improvements, automation and the adoption of AI-enabled tools alongside the Operations team.
What you’ll bring
• 2 to 5 years of experience supporting cloud-based business applications.
• Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, along with other SaaS platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple support requests.
• A service-minded approach, with clear communication and ownership of issues through resolution.
• Good judgment around confidentiality, permissions and security.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
Experience that would be helpful
• Administration of Slack, Zoom or Dropbox Business.
• CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
• Mobile device management and ticketing/help desk platforms.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and practical applications of AI.
What success looks like in your first 90 days
• Become a trusted resource for day-to-day technology support.
• Keep user accounts and permissions accurate and up to date.
• Improve response times and follow-through on internal support requests.
• Maintain clear, organized system documentation.
• Help make our business systems more reliable and consistent.
• Build strong working relationships through responsive, proactive support.
