Tableau Business Analyst

Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for a Tableau Business Analyst to support the delivery of reporting and analytics solutions in a business-facing environment. The role focuses on gathering and translating business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, performing data analysis, and supporting the design and validation of Tableau dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities • Gather and document business requirements • Analyse business processes and identify reporting needs • Work closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams • Translate business requirements into functional specifications • Support the design and development of Tableau dashboards • Validate delivered solutions with business users • Perform data analysis to support business decisions • Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions • Create clear documentation including user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria • Support UAT activities and coordinate feedback Requirements • Commercial experience as a Business Analyst • Hands on experience with Tableau • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements • Strong stakeholder management skills • Experience working with reporting and analytics projects • Understanding of data models and SQL • Excellent communication skills • Fluent English Nice to Have • Experience in Agile environments • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Experience in financial services or consulting • Knowledge of Power BI or other BI platforms • Data warehousing knowledge Benefits • Solid, competitive salary • Work in a multinational environment on international projects • Comprehensive healthcare • Long-term B2B contract with a stable project pipeline
