Role Description This is a part-time Tailor role based in Dubai, structured as a hybrid position with some work-from-home flexibility. The Tailor will be responsible for measuring clients, performing fittings, and executing alterations to ensure precise, comfortable, and stylish fits aligned with Don Fiorito’s brand standards. Daily tasks include constructing and finishing garments, adjusting patterns, and working closely with the design team to maintain consistency in style and craftsmanship. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their preferences, offering professional recommendations, and providing attentive service during fittings and consultations. The Tailor will also help maintain accurate records of alterations, manage timelines for orders, and uphold a clean and organized workspace in the atelier.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Tailoring and Dressmaking skills, including garment construction, alteration, and finishing.
• Candidates should possess precise Fitting skills, with the ability to take accurate measurements and translate them into well-balanced adjustments.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Experience with men’s formalwear and Italian-inspired tailoring is highly beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and quality-focused craftsmanship are essential.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai in a hybrid setup and manage part-time schedules reliably.
• Previous experience in a luxury fashion or bespoke tailoring environment is an advantage.
