Responsibilities -Managing recruitment processes from A to Z (screening, interviews, follow-up); -Creating and publishing job advertisements on various platforms; -Conducting interviews in Portuguese and English; -Ensuring an excellent candidate experience; -Collaborating with hiring managers to identify profiles suited to the needs of the business; -Updating and managing the candidate database. Essential skills -2 to 3 years' experience in recruitment and selection. -Fluency in English - mandatory; -Good communication skills, organization and autonomy; -A love of dynamic environments and contact with multiple stakeholders.
