Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Pune, Hybrid | Experience: 5-7 yrs | Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the art of finding the right people. This is a dynamic role — primarily focused on end-to-end recruitment , with a hands-on involvement in core HR activities . Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across mid to senior-level IT and non-IT roles — from requirement gathering to offer rollout Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate expectations Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and vendor channels Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates efficiently while ensuring a great candidate experience throughout Drive offer negotiations — balancing candidate expectations with internal compensation structures Manage and develop strong relationships with external staffing vendors and recruitment partners; evaluate vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence Maintain and update ATS, trackers, and dashboards with real-time hiring data Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires Assist in employee engagement initiatives and team communications Help coordinate and maintain employee records Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries and coordinate with relevant HR teams for resolution What We're Looking For 5 – 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 – 3 years in IT hiring Proven experience in vendor management and stakeholder management Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates effectively Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed , etc.) Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously Good to Have Experience working in a product or IT services company Exposure to HR tools / ATS platforms MBA in HR or relevant certification is a plus
