You’ll manage recruitment from start to finish across a variety of roles, creating a positive and inclusive experience for every candidate and hiring manager. Working in a fast-paced Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment, you’ll build trusted stakeholder relationships, provide recruitment expertise and help us attract the talent we need today while developing strong talent pipelines for the future.

The Recipe
- Manage recruitment from vacancy briefing through to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to create inclusive job profiles and effective hiring plans.
- Create engaging and inclusive adverts and source diverse talent across a range of channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates using fair and inclusive approaches.
- Coordinate interviews and hiring decisions while delivering a great candidate experience.
- Keep our Applicant Tracking System (Pinpoint) accurate and recruitment activity on track.
- Support pre-employment checks and a smooth onboarding handover.
- Build strong relationships with recruitment partners and training providers.
- Use recruitment data to improve time to hire, sourcing, candidate experience and inclusive hiring outcomes.
- Develop diverse talent pipelines through community, education and social mobility partnerships.
- Support internal mobility, early careers and the development of new team members.
- Champion gender balance and inclusive hiring, using insights to positively influence recruitment decisions.

- Excellent stakeholder management: Confidently advising, educating and influencing hiring managers on recruitment best practice to deliver inclusive, high-quality hiring decisions.
- Recruitment expertise: Strong end-to-end recruitment expertise, using best practice to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes and an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience.
- Data, reporting and insight: Confident in producing recruitment reports, analysing and interpreting data, identifying trends and turning insights into clear actions that improve hiring outcomes.
- Inclusive hiring and belonging – championing fair and inclusive recruitment, challenging bias and building diverse talent pipelines where everyone has the opportunity to belong and thrive.
- Organisation and prioritisation: Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, competing deadlines and changing priorities while maintaining quality and a great candidate experience.
