As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in international recruitment processes while learning from experienced HR professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment ! Supporting candidate screening and interview coordination Conducting first steps of the recruitment process, including phone interviews and first-round interviews Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process Assisting with job advertisements and recruitment administration Supporting onboarding and other HR coordination activities Assisting in employer branding, internal event organization, training and communication materials Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes Professional Latvian and English language skills* A people-oriented personality who enjoys communication and teamwork Confidence to proactively reach out to candidates and communicate by phone Willingness to learn and develop in an international environment Good organizational skills and attention to detail Dynamic and exciting work experience at leading wooden packaging manufacturer A great start to a career in Talent Acquisition and HR Professional, friendly and responsive support of colleagues in the working process Trainings, regular team building and corporate events Access to KRONUS library with the latest personal and professional development literature Workplace in a modern and comfortable office located in TC SAGA, as well as all the necessary equipment for work Health insurance from first working day Hybrid working model after trial period Gross salary 1500,- EUR per month * Considering that LTD Kronus operates internationally and we have business partners/customers worldwide, the foreign language skills specified in the requirements are essential for performing described duties.
