The Talent Acquisition Associate – Engineering Recruitment is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting highly qualified engineering professionals (mechanical, electrical, and civil/structural) across the United States. This role focuses on identifying top talent in various engineering disciplines, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering positions across the United States.
  • Partner with hiring managers and account stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, technical qualifications, and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality engineering talent.
  • Conduct candidate outreach through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical qualifications, experience, certifications, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing insights into the client, position, and interview expectations.
  • Manage offer presentation, negotiation, and acceptance.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Maintain knowledge of:

  • U.S. engineering labor market trends
  • Engineering certifications and licensure (e.g., Professional Engineer (PE), Engineer-in-Training (EIT))
  • Engineering software and technologies
  • Industry hiring practices and compensation trends

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has prior experience recruiting U.S.-based engineering professionals, understands the engineering industry and labor market, and possesses strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills.

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting engineering professionals for the U.S. market.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for engineering positions.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
  • Experience working in a staffing, executive search, or recruitment agency environment is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for multiple engineering disciplines.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, Industrial, or Consulting organizations.
  • Experience recruiting both permanent and contract engineering professionals.

Schedule
3 days onsite, 2 days WFH – Hybrid
8pm-5am PHT or 8am-5pm EST
