Sourcing Specialist

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified healthcare professionals across various healthcare facilities. You will collaborate closely with your department and candidates to meet staffing needs efficiently and effectively.

This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for matching top talent with the right opportunities.

• Source and recruit healthcare professionals for various assignments.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for per diem positions.
• Negotiate compensation and other employment terms with candidates, ensuring alignment with both candidate and facility expectations.
• Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout their assignments, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in US healthcare recruitment
• Knowledge of healthcare staffing processes
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, healthcare professionals, and internal team members.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and healthcare facilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Knowledge in Bullhorn is a plus
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Can work in a Hybrid setup (Makati Office) and Night Shift.
