We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our ambitious & dedicated recruitment team, a part of Brown & Brown's Teammate Resources function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to attract high-calibre talent across a diverse business.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a trusted recruitment partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct sourcing.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment activity across a variety of roles and business functions.
• Developing effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Delivering market insight and recruitment advice to stakeholders.
• Creating engaging job advertisements and promoting opportunities through appropriate channels.
• Conducting candidate screening, interviewing and assessment activities.
• Supporting employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.

What we're Looking For:

We're interested in speaking with recruiters who are passionate about finding great talent and building long-term relationships.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in an internal Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Business Partner or agency recruitment role.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent sourcing capability across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networking channels.
• A consultative approach with the ability to challenge and advise hiring managers.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience within financial services, insurance or professional services recruitment would be advantageous.
