ABOUT THE BUSINESS
Our client is a U.S.-based company that runs 24/7 self-checkout markets inside luxury residential communities. They take underused spaces in multifamily properties and turn them into fully stocked, convenient amenities for residents, handling everything from design and installation to daily operation and maintenance.
You will own the hiring and onboarding side of the business, from the first job post to a new hire’s first day, while keeping the administrative side running smoothly. You’ll work closely with leadership, manage several searches at once, and shape how the company recruits and onboards as it builds out its team.
