Job Description For our People & Culture Team at our location in Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Bobenheim-Roxheim or Lommatzsch we are looking for a colleague who starts at the earliest possible date as Talent Acquisition Coordinator (f/m/d) Your tasks: We make the difference together Administration of the entire recruitment process, from job posting to the successful onboarding of new employees Screening and pre-selection of applications while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience Organization, coordination, and follow-up of interviews Independent conduct of virtual and in-person interviews for blue-collar positions as well as junior and entry-level roles Ensure a positive and authentic candidate journey that reflects our employer brand and company values throughout all recruitment touchpoints.
