Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Full-Cycle Recruitment
Hiring Manager Partnership

Ensure a responsive, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates

Represent Pacific Quest authentically, communicating our mission, culture, and expectations clearly

Support the development and ongoing improvement of job postings, recruitment materials, and employer branding initiatives

Participate in career fairs, community outreach, and other recruitment activities as needed
-
Collaborate with the Outreach and Marketing Departments to support employer branding, recruitment messaging, and initiatives that strengthen Pacific Quest visibility and reputation as an employer of choice

Coordinate onboarding activities and support a consistent, organized new-hire experience from offer acceptance through the initial stages of employment

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation, required training, and pre-employment requirements

Assist with employee orientation, training coordination, and assist with tracking of required training and certifications

Coordinate and evaluate employee engagement and retention initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, reduce turnover, strengthen organizational culture, and support Pacific Quest's strategic workforce goals

Support employee recognition, appreciation events, celebrations, and other organizational culture initiatives.

Maintain accurate records and reporting within the applicant tracking system

Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Conduct audits of sourcing channels, job postings, and hiring workflows

Support HR processes related to employee status changes, job transitions, separations, and other employment-related documentation

Assist with tracking employee credentials, required training, background checks, and other employment compliance requirements

Help maintain and organize HR policies, procedures, forms, and other internal resources.

Respond to routine employee and manager inquiries or direct questions to the appropriate HR resource when additional guidance is needed

Assist with HR projects, organizational initiatives, and special assignments as directed by the Human Resource Team

Provide cross-functional administrative support for HR initiatives and organizational needs, as appropriate to the role

Additional Duties
Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience using applicant tracking systems, IOS, and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, education, or mission-driven organizations
Familiarity with recruiting in geographically unique or talent-constrained markets
Understanding of trauma-informed environments or residential care settings
Key Competencies
Relationship-building and candidate engagement
Sound judgment in assessing both skill and cultural alignment
Creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing strategies
Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a dynamic environment

Work Hours & Location
This is a hybrid position requiring a combination of on-site work at Pacific Quest locations and home-based work. Ability to work on-site as needed to support organizational and recruiting needs, while completing other responsibilities remotely.
