This isn't a typical recruitment internship. You'll learn how businesses identify talent, how leaders move across markets, and how Executive Search drives business growth — from Assistant Manager level all the way to C-Suite mandates.

What You'll Do

Headhunting & Talent Sourcing

• Conduct proactive headhunting for assigned roles
• Identify passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and databases
• Build company-wise and industry-wise talent maps
• Maintain strong talent pools for current and future mandates

Research & Market Mapping

• Research target companies, competitors, and industries
• Map organisational structures to identify suitable professionals
• Build candidate lists through structured research and sourcing strategies

Candidate Engagement

• Approach candidates via LinkedIn, email, and phone
• Engage passive candidates and pitch relevant opportunities
• Build long-term professional relationships
• Conduct initial candidate conversations on experience, interests, and fit

Search & Screening

• Translate job descriptions into effective search strategies
• Use Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing techniques
• Screen and shortlist candidates against defined criteria
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity logs

Team & Delivery

• Collaborate with the assigned search team on mandate requirements
• Meet daily/weekly sourcing and headhunting KPIs
• Keep pipelines and activity reports up to date

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or relevant qualification) in HR, Business Management, Marketing, Psychology, Management, Commerce, or related field
• 0–3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, HR, Customer Service, Marketing, Business Development, Client Servicing, or Relationship Management
• Fresh graduates welcome — strong communicators, researchers, and networkers encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, or recruitment tech is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good research, analytical, and organisational abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Ideally 500–5,000+ LinkedIn connections
