About the Role:
As Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines across Cognita’s schools and regional teams in the Middle East. Working in a fast-paced and competitive recruitment environment, you will support the attraction, sourcing, screening and engagement of high-quality candidates across a wide range of positions.

You will use a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals and direct search techniques, while ensuring candidates receive a professional and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. You will maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), support safer recruitment requirements, coordinate recruitment events and employer branding activities, and work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver effective recruitment outcomes.

Working Arrangement: This is a role requiring 4 days per week in the office or schools and 1 day working from home. This position could be based in Singapore, Hong Kong or Vietnam.

Who We Are Looking For:
You will have at least two years’ experience in a high-volume recruitment environment and a good understanding of recruitment best practice, policies and procedures. Experience using HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems is essential.

You are an organised and detail-oriented recruiter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues. You thrive when managing multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing needs, and take a proactive approach to finding and attracting talent. Experience within the education sector or knowledge of the education recruitment market would be an advantage.
