Amby is not your average recruitment consultancy.
For the past 13 years, we've been scaling some of Scandinavia's most ambitious companies while leading the shift into AI-powered recruitment. Our vision is simple, yet powerful: to partner with top-tier companies to accelerate their success by building world-class teams and placing the people function at the core of the business. By setting new standards in HR, recruitment and talent advisory, we're defining how talent ecosystems will work in the future.
We've partnered with companies such as Lovable, reMarkable, Aidn, Six Robotics and Vind AI to help them grow and succeed. Today, our team of 50+ consultants across Oslo and Stockholm delivers data-driven recruitment and HR-as-a-Service solutions to clients across the Nordics.
We are now looking to strengthen our team with an intern who is in the process of completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. If you are eager to learn, driven to put in the work, and ready to unlock your full potential, you might be the perfect fit. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders, take ownership of your own projects and tasks, and collaborate with colleagues, candidates, and clients worldwide.

What You Will Be Doing 🚀
As an Amby Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll join a team that collaborates closely with clients, stakeholders, and candidates. Your core focus is to attract and qualify relevant candidates across multiple recruitment processes, supporting our clients' growth and playing a key role in finding the best talent for their teams. This is a part-time internship role based in our Oslo office, and on a day-to-day basis, you will probably find yourself busy with the following:
Researching our clients, their industries, their products, and relevant candidate markets, and advising on effective talent acquisition strategies and tactics to achieve the best results.
Attending job analysis meetings with clients and continuously analyzing roles and candidate profiles to meet client expectations and needs.
Building recruitment and communication assets such as job advertisements, messaging templates, and interview guides to drive candidate engagement and interest.
Identifying and attracting candidates across different clients and positions.
Screening and interviewing candidates during the early stages of the recruitment process.
Building a global network of candidates, from tech and product to commercial profiles, and staying up to date on new market trends and developments in the recruitment and tech industry.
Managing the candidate experience and various touchpoints with clients to create an exceptionally positive experience for our candidates and clients.
What We Are Looking For 🎯
Amby’ans are never afraid of a challenge and constantly look for ways to improve our client delivery. If you thrive on continuous learning, aim to make a meaningful impact, and value building genuine, personal connections, you’ll fit right in!
We’re also looking for someone who:
Is currently in the process of completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (we are open to various fields of study).
Is fluent in both English and Norwegian, with strong written and verbal communication skills to build lasting relationships.
Demonstrates a keen interest in recruitment and modern tech, along with a desire to work in a client-facing consulting role.
Is driven by curiosity and a proactive mindset to continuously research and expand their knowledge base.
What We Offer In Return ⭐️
Working at Amby means joining a community of strategic recruitment advisors who take their profession seriously and work for continuous improvement. As an intern at Amby, you’ll get the opportunity to:
Thrive in an environment that accelerates your professional development. Every day at Amby is a new opportunity to learn and grow at lightning speed.
Work closely with some of the industry’s leading consultants, who are always keen to share their knowledge and help you shape your journey toward expertise.
Embrace daily opportunities to challenge yourself. Each task is an opportunity to expand your capabilities and discover your potential.
Get the autonomy and ownership you need to make a significant impact. We celebrate individual initiative and encourage you to take charge of your path, deliverables, and contributions.
Work in a data-driven culture where decisions are grounded in insight, evidence and measurable outcomes.
Be part of a team that is not just keeping up with AI in recruitment, but defining it. We’ve already reviewed and tested over 70 AI tools, partnered with leading AI suppliers, and are advising our clients on how to implement them in practice.
You'll also enjoy our benefits:
Access to internal knowledge hubs, training, and tools. We also provide each individual with a personal development budget to foster curiosity and expertise.
An attractive compensation package, including base pay, commission, pension, health insurance, five weeks of vacation, Amby days off, and more.
Modern and fresh office facilities at the top of Grünerløkka, with daily lunch servings of your choice.
Unlimited access to our office gym.
Multiple social events throughout the year, including bi-yearly company-wide kick-offs, team social gatherings and unit-led social events.
