Talent Acquisition Lead - Financial Services

About the role Instant Impact is a fast-growing RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business and thanks to continued growth on an existing client partnership, we're looking for a fantastic Talent Acquisition Lead to take ownership of hiring across Poland for one of our Financial Services clients. You'll join an established partnership sitting at the heart of the relationship between Instant Impact and our client. This is a full-time, 3 days on-site-based role for someone within commuting distance of our client's Kraków office, working a hybrid pattern. Key Responsibilities What you'll do Service Delivery & Strategy Execute the talent acquisition strategy for your partnership, ensuring a quick, effective, and engaging recruitment process for every requisition Determine the best sourcing and selection approach for each new role to deliver high-quality shortlists at pace Own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of roles, from briefing through to offer and hire Stakeholder & Partnership Management Provide a world-class experience to all key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at multiple levels Continually expand our sphere of influence with the client by demonstrating value, insight, and proactive recommendations Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Monitor performance against SLAs and hiring targets, taking action to address risks or bottlenecks Lead and contribute to improvement projects that enhance process efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality Embrace and champion new technology, tools, and ways of working across the partnership Data & Reporting Analyse recruitment data and reports to generate insights and drive continuous improvement Use data to inform decisions, prioritise activity, and communicate performance to stakeholders Candidate Experience Ensure every candidate has a professional, inclusive, and engaging experience throughout the process Represent Instant Impact and the client's employer brand consistently and positively at every touchpoint Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Strong track record as a recruiter and stakeholder manager, with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility Comfortable working in a standalone role with strong stakeholder management Fluent Polish and English language skills Experience working in an in-house, embedded, or RPO talent acquisition environment Proven track record of hiring specialist finance professionals into the Financial Services industry would be highly advantageous Proven ability to manage roles end-to-end with speed and quality, delivering a world-class experience to candidates and hiring managers Excellent time management, planning, and prioritisation skills, with impeccable follow-through and process control Self-aware, with a strong growth mindset and eagerness to learn and develop Comfortable analysing data and reports to gain insights and drive improvements Benefits Work from Anywhere Policy : Enjoy the flexibility to work from any location for up to 4 weeks each year.
