• Manage and align a complex network of cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Compensation, Global Mobility, Tax, HR Operations, and other enabling functions, to ensure seamless, compliant, and efficient end-to-end hiring processes across diverse countries and regulatory environments.

• Define, manage, and optimize external talent partnership strategies, including RPO, executive search firms, corporate research partners, etc, ensuring high-quality delivery, cost effectiveness, and alignment to regional business needs and enterprise priorities. Act as a point of contact and escalation with RPO leadership as required.

• Design and implement localized employer branding, sourcing, and attraction strategies for Europe, GCC & LATAM, using local market insights to strengthen Biogen's competitive position and increase awareness among priority talent populations.
