What You Can Expect As a Zimmer Biomet full life-cycle Talent Partner, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to join our team. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience and meeting agreed KPIs. This role will be a part of the Talent Acqusition Commercial team and support hiring in Australia and New Zealand and India but also other global locations as required. How You'll Create Impact Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications. Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet’s requirements, culture, and values. Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment and engaging experience for the candidate. Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline. Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience. Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects. What Makes You Stand Out Strong sourcing techniques Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates. Influencing and negotiation skills Fluency in English and local language Your Background 3+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.
