About the Role

Based in Brisbane in our Fortitude Valley Office (near James Street) Clough Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic talent acquisition professional responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning solutions across major projects and corporate functions. Operating at a level equivalent to a Recruitment Advisor or a Senior Recruitment Advisor, this role partners closely with hiring managers, project leadership teams, HR stakeholders, and external talent networks to attract, engage, and secure high-quality talent in competitive markets.

The role is accountable for managing complex recruitment activities, providing market intelligence, driving proactive talent pipelining strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner (internally called Resourcing Specialist or Expert) serves as a trusted advisor, helping leaders make informed workforce decisions while ensuring recruitment practices align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and organisational values.

• Deliver full lifecycle recruitment across professional, technical, engineering, project delivery, and corporate disciplines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre talent in competitive and niche labour markets.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines for current and future workforce demands.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment solutions aligned with project and operational needs.
• Provide consultative advice on hiring strategies, market conditions, talent availability, and recruitment best practice.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, employee referrals, industry networks, community engagement, and direct search methodologies.
• Develop targeted talent attraction campaigns for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintain active talent communities and candidate pipelines to support future hiring requirements.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, networking forums, and recruitment initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including role briefing, advertisement development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and provide evidence-based recommendations to hiring managers.
• Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple projects and competing business priorities.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment legislation, company policies, and ethical hiring practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems and databases.
