Location: Remote with occasional travel to London

Contract: Until 31st March 2027

Rate: £19 per hour PAYE + holiday pay

Hours: Monday – Friday, 36 hours PW

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced TA Partner to join a busy UK Resourcing Team on a contract basis.

This is a predominantly remote role, with occasional travel to London required. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across the organisation, providing a customer-focused recruitment service and supporting them throughout the recruitment process.

The Role

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment requirements
• Provide end-to-end recruitment advice and support across a range of roles
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and identify suitable candidates
• Manage recruitment activity from initial briefing through to appointment
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Provide guidance on recruitment processes, best practice and appropriate sourcing approaches
• Support both permanent and temporary recruitment requirements
• Manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Develop a strong understanding of the teams you support and their future recruitment needs

About You

• Experience working as an internal recruiter, resourcing consultant or agency recruiter
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to understand recruitment requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies
