Working closely with hiring leaders and Senior Talent Acquisition Partners, you'll deliver quality recruitment outcomes, build strong relationships and help connect great people with meaningful career opportunities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves recruitment, enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating positive hiring experiences.

You'll be supported by experienced Talent Acquisition leaders who are invested in helping you develop your skills, broaden your experience and build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage recruitment across a designated portfolio while supporting future talent needs through proactive sourcing and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from briefing through to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future opportunities
• Deliver positive and inclusive candidate and hiring leader experiences
• Promote internal mobility and inclusive hiring practices
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and systems
• Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to improve recruitment outcomes

What You'll Bring

We're looking for recruiters who enjoy building relationships, finding great talent and delivering strong outcomes.

Typically, you'll bring:

• Experience within internal Talent Acquisition, RPO and/or agency recruitment
• Strong end-to-end recruitment capability
• High volume recruitment experience will be highly regarded
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and providing recruitment advice
• Strong sourcing, talent pooling and talent mapping skills
• Knowledge of sourcing technology, social platforms and attraction strategies
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn
• Confidence using recruitment technology and AI-enabled tools
• A genuine passion for candidate experience
