Love Connecting People With Work That Matters?
Heritage is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. We serve adults, youth and families with mental health and substance use care, and the people we hire shape that care every day.
We’re adding a fully remote Talent Acquisition Partner to our People Services team. You’ll help our leaders find, screen and hire great people, and you’ll make sure every candidate hears back from us quickly. This isn’t a “post it and wait” recruiting job. You’ll coach leaders, sharpen how we interview, and have a real voice in how Heritage hires, all from your home office.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring leaders at the start of each search to define what a strong candidate looks like
- Review applications daily, run phone and video screens, and send leaders well-screened candidates with your recommendation
- Recruit for hard-to-fill clinical, nursing and direct care roles through job boards, social media, schools, virtual job fairs, referrals and community partners
- Build structured interview guides and coach leaders to interview consistently and fairly
- Keep candidates in the loop at every step, including a timely, respectful “no”
- Keep candidate records accurate in ADP and track results like time-to-fill
- Hand new hires off smoothly to our onboarding team

- Live in one of the 17 states listed under Schedule & Location
- A private, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet for video calls
