We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Recruiter who wants to develop into a specialist headhunter in an international, performance-driven environment.

The Role

This is not a traditional HR role.

Your mission is to find, approach, interview and engage exceptional candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.

A large part of your day will involve LinkedIn sourcing, candidate outreach and interviews.

You will:

• Source candidates extensively through LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
• Approach passive candidates via LinkedIn and email
• Interview and qualify candidates
• Understand their experience, motivations and career expectations
• Build specialized talent pipelines across Europe and the US
• Manage candidate relationships and follow-ups
• Work closely with the team to deliver successful placements

You could be recruiting an aerospace engineer, supply chain specialist, technical sales professional or Sales Director, depending on the assignment.

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, you have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, headhunting, sales or business development.

We’re also open to high-potential candidates earlier in their careers who demonstrate strong ambition, drive, and the ability to learn quickly.

Very good English: C1 level or above is required. You need to be comfortable interviewing and communicating with international candidates on a daily basis.

You should be:

• Strong and comfortable with LinkedIn sourcing
• Confident speaking with engineers, specialists and senior professionals
• Curious and able to understand complex technical roles
• Persistent, organized and comfortable with targets
• A quick learner with a problem-solving mindset
• Ambitious and motivated by performance and earning potential

Compensation & What We Offer

Base salary: €700–€1,400/month, depending on experience and location.

On top of your base salary, you can earn €2,500–€9,000 in commission per successful recruitment, depending on the assignment and your contribution to the placement.

You will have the opportunity to work on multiple roles at the same time. There is no fixed cap on the number of roles you can work on or on your earning potential.
