Talent Acquisition Recruiter (WFH)

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake meeting, job description refinement, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and priority timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Sourcing & Employer Branding

• Source candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, university partnerships, communities, and headhunting.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
• Represent the company at career fairs, tech communities, and recruitment events when needed.

Process & Stakeholder Management

• Drive efficient recruitment processes with clear SLAs and high candidate experience standards.
• Conduct structured interviews and support hiring managers in assessment design.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness, pipeline health).

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with Vietnamese labor law and company policies.
• Continuously improve recruitment tools, processes, and candidate experience.
• Contribute to onboarding process improvement and early-stage retention initiatives.

Requirements

Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
