- Build relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, community organizations, and workforce development partners
- Support talent attraction initiatives including career fairs, networking events, campus recruitment, and virtual recruitment campaigns
- Track and analyze sourcing activity, pipeline metrics, and recruitment outcomes to continuously improve effectiveness and return on investment
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment technology enhancements, and workforce planning projects
What we're looking for:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing, ideally supporting specialized, professional, clinical, or difficult-to-fill roles

- Strong understanding of current labour market trends, workforce planning principles, and recruitment best practices
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and talent intelligence tools
