About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Assistant (w/m/d) to join our team in Coburg, Bavaria. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with candidate sourcing, managing applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a completed degree or vocational training, preferably with experience in recruiting, applicant management, or a related field. Practical experience in talent acquisition, HR administration, or recruitment is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Candidates should demonstrate high reliability, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility. A self-organized, structured working style, combined with excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, is crucial. Additionally, a willingness to work in a hybrid model, including presence in Coburg, is required. Fluency in German and good interpersonal skills will further support your effectiveness in this position.
Responsibilities
- Support Talent Acquisition Experts in all stages of the recruitment process, from drafting job advertisements to onboarding new employees.
- Manage incoming applications by reviewing, pre-selecting, and maintaining applicant data accurately.
- Coordinate and organize interviews via phone, video, or in-person meetings, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
- Send out interview invitations, rejection notices, and other correspondence to candidates in a professional manner.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding recruitment inquiries, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs, including preparation and follow-up activities.
- Provide administrative support to streamline daily recruitment operations, including data entry, documentation, and reporting.
