Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse positions. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and selection criteria. The role involves managing job postings, supporting employer branding initiatives, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment systems. The specialist will also provide timely communication and feedback to candidates, contribute to improving recruitment strategies, and ensure that hiring practices align with applicable employment guidelines and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
• Experience with Hiring processes, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements and make data-informed hiring decisions.
• Skills in Employer Branding to support a positive candidate experience and promote the organization’s value proposition.
• Proficiency in Interviewing, including structured interviews, competency-based questions, and fair assessment of candidates.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
