We want you to: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Work with hiring managers to understand position requirements, refine job descriptions, and define candidate profiles. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, acting as a company ambassador to promote our brand. Develop a talent pipeline for current and future needs. This job might be for you if you have: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a tech company. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues alike.
