The Role We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international Talent Acquisition team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes in Poland. This is a hands-on role where you will manage the recruitment process from defining the hiring need and sourcing candidates through screening, interviews, offer management, and handover to onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and TA colleagues across different markets, ensuring a structured, efficient, and positive recruitment experience. Experience in clinical research, life sciences, or a similar environment is considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across Poland Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other relevant channels Screen and assess candidates against defined role requirements Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further stages of the recruitment process Manage candidate communication throughout the entire recruitment journey Prepare and manage offers, ensuring a smooth transition from selection to onboarding Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes, policies, and applicable requirements Track recruitment activity and provide regular updates and reporting Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience Work closely with the wider TA team to share knowledge, best practices, and market insights Your Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment / Talent Acquisition Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently Experience recruiting in Poland and good understanding of the local talent market Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills Experience working with hiring managers and different stakeholders Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach Experience with ATS and recruitment tools Experience in clinical research, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or a related industry is a strong advantage Good working knowledge of English What We Offer At Humaneva Group, we are building more than a workplace — we are creating an environment where people, collaboration, and impact come first.
