About the role As our Poland hub continues to scale as one of Auctane's most strategic engineering locations, we're looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for our Poland engineering organization. You'll own the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing of exceptional technical talent, partnering closely with engineering leaders to build high-performing teams. Recruit top-notch Software Engineering talent for our Poland and European sites. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation. Deliver results while aligning with Auctane’s global TA process and ensuring data hygiene and documentation. Deliver a seamless candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and engagement. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders globally. Build proactive talent pipelines through referrals, networking, direct sourcing, and strategic partnerships. Provide data-driven hiring insights, dashboards, and talent reports to inform business decisions and optimize processes. Partner with HR and managers on onboarding and integration to support long-term employee retention and performance. Manage the talent branding strategy, including building and maintaining partnerships with universities; posting LinkedIn content, and organizing conferences and job fairs. Collaborate with external agency partners on talent branding content. What are we looking for? Minimum of 3 years of mixed in-house/agency recruiting experience, with a strong track record of hiring for Technical/Engineering roles at a high-growth company. Demonstrated success hiring across diverse business and operational functions, but mainly technical roles like Software Engineers Fluent in both Polish and English.
