Talent Acquisition Specialist

At NestifyTech Solutions, We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with teams to fulfill hiring goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication.

• Maintain ATS records and generate hiring reports.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in tech or high-growth environments.

• Familiarity with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
