About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at ICL Boulby Mine, located near Saltburn-by-the-Sea in North Yorkshire. This role is pivotal in attracting and securing top talent for our UK operations, ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with our strategic objectives and organizational values. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, creating a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders involved. Your expertise will help strengthen our employer brand and build a robust talent pipeline, supporting the company's growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within medium to large organizations.
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including stakeholder engagement and hiring manager advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels, social media platforms, and candidate engagement techniques.
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews, assessment centers, and pre-employment screening.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a proactive approach to talent sourcing.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly SuccessFactors, is preferred.
  • Professional maturity, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers, ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
  • Create meaningful candidate experiences by delivering excellent communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, understanding their needs and advising on best recruitment practices.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and industry networks to enhance sourcing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop compelling job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.
  • Conduct interviews, assessment centers, and reference checks, documenting findings accurately within SuccessFactors.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify challenges, root causes, and implement strategic solutions to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Participate in employer branding activities, including social media campaigns, campus recruitment, and industry events, to elevate ICL’s employer presence.
  • Contribute to innovative recruitment projects, leveraging new technologies and trends to optimize hiring processes.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and diversity hiring to inform continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular site visits to understand operational needs and strengthen local recruitment efforts.
